Cold Weather Effects: Extreme cold can cause candles to crack, shrink, or frost (a natural occurrence with coco soy candles). These changes are cosmetic and do not affect the performance or safety of the candle.
Hot Weather Effects: Extreme heat can cause candles to sweat, frost and potentially soften or melt. These changes are cosmetic and do not affect the performance or safety of the candle. Should your candle soften, let it cool back to room temperature prior to burning.
Temperature Fluctuations: During transit, candles may be exposed to varying temperatures, which can sometimes lead to minor imperfections. We package our candles with care to minimize these effects, but some issues may be unavoidable.
Returns & Exchanges: While we do our best to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee that cold weather conditions won't impact their appearance. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
