Temperature Fluctuations: During transit, candles may be exposed to varying temperatures, which can sometimes lead to minor imperfections. We package our candles with care to minimize these effects, but some issues may be unavoidable.
Returns & Exchanges: While we do our best to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee that cold weather conditions won't impact their appearance. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
